This unusual bespoke floor lamp uses two significant up-cycled components.
1) The wooden tripod is from the Art Deco period (1930), manufactured by Cinemalik of Paris.
2) The motor car headlamp is from a Citroen Traction Avant - the first mass produced car to use independant suspension and front wheel drive. The headlamp cannot be dated exactly but the first manuaftured version of the Citroen Avant was 1934.
The lamp is fitted with a bright LED lamp and is suitable for use as a reading lamp or for display purposes.
